Recently, an on-chain AI creation activity conducted by the autonomous IP Layer 1 blockchain Camp Network in conjunction with MERV, StoryChain and Rob Feldman has attracted a large number of users to participate.
According to the official Twitter data of Camp Network, the event has attracted more than 50,000 users to participate and 125,000 IP secondary creations in just a few days after its launch.
Camp Network can be said to be an interactive project that community users have paid more attention to recently. Today in May, Camp Network launched the K2 test network and simultaneously launched the "Summit Series" activity. Users explored the ecological dApp through on-chain tasks and obtained points rewards. This on-chain AI creation activity is also one of the "Summit Series" series activities of the test network.
This article will briefly sort out the Camp Network overview and the interactive tutorial of on-chain AI creation activities.
Under the wave of AI Agent, create a dedicated Layer1 for autonomous IP
With the rapid development of AI, the IP management problems faced by creators are becoming more and more serious. A large number of models use content for training without authorization, resulting in creators losing control, visibility and benefits over their intellectual property (IP).
In the scenario of high-frequency AI content generation, traditional IP management methods are no longer suitable, and the problems such as opaque ownership, rampant piracy, and licensing disputes are more prominent.
When AI agents gradually replace traditional information processing methods, users' own IP and vertical AI agents based on their fine-tuning have become the core of value. However, the market lacks solutions designed specifically for the combination of IP and AI, which cannot meet the rights protection needs of creators in the digital economy.
Camp Network aims at this market gap to create a Layer1 that focuses on autonomous IP and supports AI agents with user identities.
According to the Camp Network white paper, its core highlights include:
-
Support IP tokenization: Anyone can put IPs such as music, pictures, videos, and personal data on the links to use them for AI training and earn profits.
-
No Gas registration and royalties: Gas fees are exempt from on-chain IP and sub-money taxes, low cost and high efficiency.
-
Isolated execution environment: Design a dedicated environment for AI agents and automatic licensing, flexible and efficient.
-
Support dedicated application chains: Developers can start independent chains, have exclusive block space and computing power, which is suitable for high-performance needs.
Camp Network said that in the next few months, dozens of new applications will be launched as the main network is launched, covering music, entertainment, social media and other fields. Its ecological partners currently serve more than 5 million users.
Interactive tutorial for on-chain AI Creation Activities
Camp Network This on-chain AI creation activity includes three sections: social tasks, MERV tasks, and StoryChain tasks. The specific tutorials are as follows:
Social missions
Follow Merv , Merv Toon , Storychain on X platform ; join Discord and Telegram of Storychain
MERV missions
1. Log in to https://camp.merv.wtf/ and connect to your wallet.
In addition to logging in with Web3 wallets such as Metamask and Rainbow, you can also choose Web2 login methods such as X and Google accounts. Select the latter and follow the platform prompts steps. It will help you generate an on-chain wallet through the Para Identity Agreement.
2. Click "faucet" in the upper right corner of the homepage to receive the test coins. (If you have tested coins, you can ignore them)
3. Click "Generate Cyko KO IP" on the homepage to select your favorite character.
4. After the character is generated, click "Collect & Mint NFT" to complete the casting.
5. Share the new characters you cast on X platform.
6. Click "Bring to life on Storychain" and jump to https://storychain.ai/comicbook to prepare to create a plot for the character.
Storychain Task
1. After entering https://storychain.ai/comicbook, connect to your wallet. It also supports two login methods: Web3 wallet and Web2 social account.
2. Click "Create New" in the upper right corner.
3. Choose a role.
You can choose "Standard Role" or "MERV Role". If you select "Standard Role", there are two roles to choose from, select one of them.
If you use a role generated by MERV, users who log in with the same wallet as the MERV platform will automatically display the role. You can also search for your MERV role through the wallet address.
4. Complete the plot creation.
Name the character → Select gender → Enter the comic plot prompt → Click "Create Comic!"
If you don’t know how to write a comic plot, you can use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Deepseek to assist in writing.
5. Wait for the plot to be generated and complete the comic creation.
