GameStop plans to issue $1.3 billion convertible priority notes for purchase of Bitcoin
GameStop announced plans to qualify institutional investors with a private placement offering of 0.00% convertible priority notes (expired in 2030) totaling $1.3 billion. Depending on the market conditions, the company can also authorize the initial purchaser to purchase notes up to US$200 million within 13 days.
GameStop said the funds raised will be used for general corporate purposes, including the purchase of Bitcoin in accordance with the company's investment policies.
According to The Bl o ck, French Hill, chairman of the U.S. House Financial Services Committee, said at a blockchain summit in Washington that the new version of the revised draft of the Crypto Market Structure Act will be released in the next few days, an updated version of the "21st Century Financial Innovation and Technology Act" (FIT21) passed by the House last year.
The bill has not been formally introduced in this Congress, but was passed in the House last year with 71 Democratic lawmakers, including former Speaker Nancy Pelosi. Hill said the draft has been adjusted based on "technical opinions" from multiple parties. The bill intends to give the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) more regulatory powers and funds to oversee crypto spot markets and “digital commodities” such as Bitcoin, and to further clarify the role of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
Interactive Brokers adds SOL, ADA, XRP, and DOGE trading services
According to Bloomberg, the American online broker Interactive Brokers announced that it has added new trading services to its trading platform, including Solana (SOL), Cardano (ADA), Ripple (XRP) and Dogecoin (DOGE).
Users can trade these crypto assets through the same platform as stocks, options, futures, foreign exchange, bonds and mutual funds. Previously, the platform has supported BTC, ETH, LTC and BCH.
Binance founder Changpeng Zhao (CZ) posted on social media that he would use all BNB fees or donations received through public addresses to help the BSC community projects. Some tokens may be purchased directly with these funds, as this is the easiest way to support a BSC project.
At the same time, Zhao Changpeng also mentioned that for other tokens sent to the address, he will ignore them as long as possible, because it takes extra effort to process these tokens.
OKX will launch FLUID spot trading

According to official news, Binance Wallet announced that KiloEx (KILO) will conduct TGE activities in Binance Wallet, which will be from 18:00 to 20:00 (UTC+8) on March 27. The event will sell 50 million KILO tokens, each price is 0.00002428 BNB, and the subscription limit is 3 BNB.
