CBOE applies to US SEC to add staking function for Fidelity Ethereum ETF

PANews March 11th news, Cboe BZX Exchange, a subsidiary of the Chicago Options Exchange Group, submitted a proposed rule change to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to modify the relevant regulations of the Fidelity Ethereum Fund. The trust's shares have been approved by the committee to be listed and traded on the exchange under BZX Rule 14.11(e)(4). The modification is intended to allow the trust's holdings of Ethereum to be pledged.
