Twitter is the platform with the highest information density in the encryption industry. Almost all projects are the earliest brand expansion and user growth on Twitter, and therefore the most alpha scenario in the early stages of the industry. Nowadays, thousands of projects are flooded with Twitter information flow every day. Early alpha information is actually difficult to be efficiently discovered and filtered. In addition to careful research on project introduction and product, the Twitter attention of well-known figures has become one of the important signals for many users to judge the prospects of a new project.

However, on the Twitter page, users can only see which accounts they are following for a project, and there is no specific timeline, and the accounts they follow are often limited.

In recent updates, RootData has launched the Twitter follow timeline function, which can show which accounts each Twitter account are followed or unchecked every day. This not only covers more than 30,000 projects/organizations and people included in the database, but also covers all unincluded Twitter accounts, which means that anyone can search and view which well-known encrypted Twitter accounts are followed and unfollowed by their own or others’ Twitter accounts.

In addition, for more than 5,000 well-known Twitter accounts that have been included, you can also follow which accounts they follow and unblock every day. All Twitter accounts are followed and unblocked from these more than 5,000 well-known Twitter accounts.

Through this function, we will be able to track the follow flow of well-known accounts and discover a lot of interesting information, such as who are the earliest followers of a certain soaring project, which encrypted projects have CZ and Musk been following or unblocked recently, which projects and characters have been unblocked the most recently, and so on.

Taking the recent popular project BUILDon as an example, by following the timeline of Twitter, we can see that Tuao Da Lion Brother and Huheng have followed the project on May 16, and it was not until May 22 that its token B began to rise significantly and was followed by more KOLs.

Let's take a look at Donut, a proxy browser project that just received $7 million in financing. On its Twitter follow timeline, Laughing , Chung-Hsun Chang Chien ,Jerry Zhou , Mike Tomaino , [and Hum](https://www.rootdata.com/zh/member/EnHeng?k=MjE5NjQ= "KOLs in the crypto industry") are relatively early well-known followers.

Through data analysis of more projects, we can count which KOLs focus on early alpha projects earlier. However, since some of the data focus is not long enough, more quantitative statistics will be released in 1-2 months.

At the same time, we can also check the external attention and unanswered trends of well-known figures, compared to the recent followers of Rita, Chuan Mu, and Diao Carving. The recent removal of Ice Frog, Zhao Changpeng has recently unanswered accounts such as Zishi and Travala.com.

In order to avoid the hassle of users needing to click on different pages to view follow-up news, we have also launched the X Following Data Aggregation Page , where users can directly view the daily follow-up and unfollowing news of more than 100 top Twitter accounts. The screenshot below is the summary data from May 29.
