Durov was initially arrested by the French National Anti-Fraud Office last August, which detained him at the airport, before prosecuting him for “participating in the spread of child pornography pictures on text messages and other crimes such as drug trafficking” and scrutinizing him and requiring him to remain in France. Perhaps affected by this news, Toncoin (TON) rose 20%.
