KIP Protocol: Never had any meeting with the Argentine president in January

PANews reported on February 16 that KIP Protocol tweeted in response to a statement from the Argentine Presidential Office, saying: Mauricio Novelli was not a member of the KIP Protocol team in the past and had never joined.
