FTX and K5 Global reached reconciliation

(FTX.com) and FTX Recovery Trust announced a settlement with the venture capital company K5 Global, which resolved FTX in 2024 6. Litigation filed by the month. Chapter 11 reorganization plan approved by the FTX US bankruptcy court has taken effect on January 3, 2025, and is expected to complete the initial distribution within 60 days.
