03/07/2025·3MPANews reported on March 6 that David Sacks, the head of artificial intelligence and cryptocurrency affairs at the White House and the "crypto tsar", issued a statement saying that in the past decade, the US federal government has sold a total of 195,000 bitcoins, with a cumulative income of approximately US$366 million. However, if the government holds it for a long time, this part of Bitcoin is currently worth more than $17 billion. Sacks pointed out that the U.S. government lacks a long-term Bitcoin strategy, which has caused huge potential losses for taxpayers.
