AI Agent Manus completes $75 million in financing led by Benchmark, with a valuation of $500 million

PANews reported on April 25 that according to Bloomberg, the company behind Chinese AI startup Manus, has completed a $75 million financing led by Benchmark, and its valuation jumped to nearly $500 million. Manus recently launched a universal AI Agent that can perform tasks such as screening resumes, planning trips, and analyzing stocks, and plans to expand services to the US, Japan and the Middle East markets. The product is regarded as a competitor to OpenAI Deep Research, attracting support from investors including Tencent, Zhen Fund, HSG (formerly Sequoia China).
